Are you a food vendor looking for a unique opportunity to showcase your culinary creations? Join us for HeXenfest 2025, a thrilling celebration of all things mystical and magical, happening on October 31st, from 6 PM to Midnight at the Bottle Works Ethnic Arts Center in Johnstown, PA!

We are currently seeking food vendors to participate in this spook-tacular event! Whether you specialize in gourmet eats, spooky treats, or festival classics, we want to hear from you. This is your chance to connect with a diverse crowd of festival-goers, artists, performers, and paranormal enthusiasts while celebrating the spirit of Halloween in a one-of-a-kind setting.

🚫 Applications without payment will not guarantee a space.

❗ All payments are non-refundable. However, if you are unable to attend, your payment will be carried over to the following year.

⏳ Spaces are limited and filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Your spot is only confirmed once payment is received.
